email to html converter

Hi,

I'm looking for an app that can create a webpage of a listing of emails. This would be saved locally.

So you could have a webpage listing a month's worth of emails as links. When you click on the link it takes you to that email. This would have to support
html emails and email attachments.

Has anyone seen anything like this?
