Edit Fluxbox menu

I am editing the fluxbox menu to make shortcuts to certain scripts, such as dnsspoof. When I click the menu entry though, the window opens and closes right away. How do I get it to open the window and stay open? This is my entry in ./fluxbox/menu:

[begin] (fluxbox)
[submenu] (My Menu)
[exec] (dnsspoof) { x-terminal-emulator -T "dnsspoof" -e /usr/sbin/dnsspoof) <>
[end]
[include] (/etc/X11/fluxbox/fluxbox-menu)
[end]

Generally speaking, I have found it easiest to goto term and type; 'update-menus' in order to update your menus.

Then make a copy of the fluxbox-menu and call it something else, fluxbox-menu1 or some such. Then go to into 'init' in order to change the path of the menu to fluxbox-menu1. Once this is done, you can copy and paste new items to your menu1 or delete stuff you dont want.

If you already know all this and were just having probs with that specific app, try shortening { x-terminal-emulator -T "dnsspoof" -e /usr/sbin/dnsspoof) to; {/usr/sbin/dnsspoof) and/or look at other examples in the menu.

As a side note, it looks like your right bracket is an ) instead of a proper bracket.
