Eclipse Juno Start-up Error 127

I had Eclipse working before on my computer, but I had to wipe the drive and start over. Now, I re-downloaded it, just as I had, opened it up and before, it just worked. Now I get this error:
Code:
JVM terminated. Exit code=127
/usr/lib64/java/bin/java
-Xms40m
-Xmx512m
-jar /home/Bob/Desktop/eclipse//plugins/org.eclipse.equinox.launcher_1.3.0.v20120522-1813.jar
-os linux
-ws gtk
-arch x86_64
-showsplash /home/Bob/Desktop/eclipse//plugins/org.eclipse.platform_4.2.0.v201206081400/splash.bmp
-launcher /home/Bob/Desktop/eclipse/eclipse
-name Eclipse
--launcher.library /home/Bob/Desktop/eclipse//plugins/org.eclipse.equinox.launcher.gtk.linux.x86_64_1.1.200.v20120522-1813/eclipse_1502.so
-startup /home/Bob/Desktop/eclipse//plugins/org.eclipse.equinox.launcher_1.3.0.v20120522-1813.jar
--launcher.overrideVmargs
-exitdata 1460007
-vm /usr/lib64/java/bin/java
-vmargs
-Xms40m
-Xmx512m
-jar /home/Bob/Desktop/eclipse//plugins/org.eclipse.equinox.launcher_1.3.0.v20120522-1813.jar
This time I am using Java 7 but that shouldn't make a difference.

Edit:
I figured it out. I installed JDK7 and was under the impression that it would also install JRE with it. Whenever I went to anything that used Java it said it was using 7 so I assumed it must have. I guess the difference between the JDK and the JRE installed caused it to not work
