e Newsletter

hi there,

i'm thinking about putting out a e newsletter and was thinking about getting the administration staff to fill in the details, i've come across a website that will do it for a fee

http://www.enewslettersonline.com/

but i was wondering if there are any open-source programs that maybe have a php database input into a mysql backend and a html front end with a reasonably professional look?

or something along those lines. i just want information to be able to be entered into a text field and have be output into a HTML table or forum of some kind. i was just wondering if someone had done something like this and released it.
