Just run through the setup for RHEL 4.3. like you did for RHEL 3.5, but choose your new hard disk as the install target. Before installing RHEL 4.3, make sure you take note of the grub bootloader settings of your RHEL 3.5. Install RHEL 4.3 onto your new/free hard disk and during the installation, you can choose to make an entry for RHEL 3.5 in the grub configuration tool (you can leave this step until you boot into RHEL 4.3. You would have to edit /boot/grub/menu.lst manually and add the entry for RHEL 3.5.).You will then have a choice as to whether you want to boot into RHEL 4.3 or RHEL 3.5.
