Root directory for SSH

First al all, I wanted to say hello and welcome myself to these forums. I've been a linux administrator and web developer for a while now and I only just found this forum.

On to my question....

Is there a way to set up SSH so that, similar to FTP, a user cannot wanter beyond a set directory?

How would I accomplish this?
