Deploying a transparent socks 5 proxy on network

Hi everyone,
I want to deploy a transparent socks 5proxy so that my nat clients transparently go through this socks proxy without any settings on client end. My server is a linux clarkconnect and clients are using windows. I have googled a bit but couldn't find any perfect solution and also worked on dante but can't get it work as per my requirements. Can anybody help me in this ? Any help or clue will be highly appreciated. Thanks

socks, transparent
