dependency problem installing superkaramba

So I downloaded superkaramba and tried to install.
./configure

Quote:

Looks like qt4 library to me (correct me if I'm wrong), which your app said it doesn't want to (ought to be >3 and <4). Maybe it's choking because of that, or you're missing some QT3 headers or libraries.
