Question deluge stopped seeing torrents

xUbuntu 12.04.5 LTS
deluge 1.3.12

After programm crash deluge stopped displaying all previous downloads (in directory ~/.config/deluge/state they are still).
Herewith all labels for downloads have preserved.
Is it possible, return these torrents to "visibility" for deluge (with saving all attributes - labels, directories for downloading etc.)?

I've not used deluge, so I don't know exactly what your problem is. Can you not just restart the torrents by re-opening them? Most torrent programs will recognize an already partially downloaded torrent, first start by verifying the local files, and then continue the torrent.

unfortunately i can only commiserate with you; something similar has happened to me both on utorrent and transmission, and i had to start from scratch both times.
your best bet is to make a complete backup of data, torrent file and settings directories, then try to fix things.
if it works, good, if not you can use the backups to try again.
