Default databases in Postgre SQL

A very straightforward question, what are the database that come inbuilt with Postgre SQL..

Like for oracle, there are two tables (EMP, DEPT) that come in the database and MS-SQL server has Pubs, Northwind etc..

I just wud like to try queries on the default ones..

PostgreSQL doesn't install any sample databases by default if that's
what you're after. It will create template0/template1 and that's it.

They're data-bases... and to find out what they are just
have a look at them.

What is "if" in this case? Or what exactly are you talking
about?

Oops that's a typo!

The question actually is

Does it follow a multi-database architecture...

(i.e. does it allow creation of multiple databases?)

Yes, you can have multiple databases.

I don't think that multi-database queries are supported, (don't
quote me on it!) though.
