Hello,

To keep in the spirit of the open Internet:

Let me Google that for you!. Without kidding now, for this kind of questions you should turn to Google or another search engine first, try out some option and then come to LQ when you encounter errors trying things.

Kind regards,

Eric

i googled for it and found many tools and softwares before I post on here , but i cant decide which one is the best , easiest and most widely used one. Currently I am using Sleuth Kit and Foremost as the way this tutorial mentions. But i am having some problems with dls command of Sleuth Kit. I cant find dls command as mentioned in the turorial. Anyone here have experience with Sleuth Kit?

For lost files I would just use 'foremost -t all' to recover files that were deleted.
