Data Processing Server

I'm looking for an OSS solution, while not having to write too much code, for setting up a processing server, preferably web based. I'm looking for either java or php.

What I want it to do, is for users to be able to connect to a web server, upload a file, put it in a queue waiting to be processed, process the file, and make link to processed file available.

Does anyone out there seen such an app? It shouldn't matter wether it is an mp3 or doing some other CPU intensive processing.

Much gratitude for any suggestions.

Pete

While I haven't seen such a solution, it seems relatively straightforward using PHP.
