Talking Customizing KDE


Is it possible to customize KDE like you can with XP ?
Themes and custom cursors/icons..
Where can I find info on doing this ?

under the applications menu, click on configure your desktop, then click on look-n-feel.

You know, I keep hearing abou this look and feel. Im running Fedora is this look-and-feel included with Fedora?
