Cross compiling iperf

How to cross compile thr iperf

I googled and found few pages... but having some difficulties while installing...

/configure --host=arm-linux --prefix=$HOME/install CC=$(TOOL_CHAIN_PREFIX)-gcc CXX=$(TOOL_CHAIN_PREFIX)-g++ LDFLAGS=-L(Path of lib folder of filesystem).

One of those is specified above... what may be the last option
"Path of lib folder of filesystem" ???

Is that the path where my cross compile toll chain resides or is it current iperf directory???

Linux from Scratch cross is known for excellent documentatoin of the crosscompling process.
