Creating a Samba Write share

I'm using Slackware 10. I have a ResierFS partition. I want to create a writable share with samba. My significant part of smb.conf is

security = share

[write]
path = /mnt/lfs/rh7
public = yes
guest ok = yes
writable = yes
browsable = yes
create mode = 0777
directory mask = 0777

When I access the share from Windows, I can't create a directory or a file on this partiton.

is this related to anything in fstab and the umask parameter ?

It's sounds like a unix file permission is not allowing write access to that directory. What are the permissions of /mnt/lfs/rh7? What's the output of
Code:
ls -ld /mnt/lfs/rh7
