CPU frequency command?/Benchmarks?

1 ) I'm overclocking my linux box and i was wondering if there is a command or program that shows the real frequency of the cpu (not the theoretical)?

---------------------------------------------------------------------

2 ) Does anyone know any good benchmarks for testing the cpu stability in linux?

You can also do a "cat /proc/cpuinfo" to see the cpu speed, at least on Fedora.
