Configure Http dual stack server to listen only on ipv4

HTTP(s) server is listening on dual stack .i.e ipv4 and ipv6 both.
on Port number 443
I want to enable only ipv4 by changing HTTP configuration.i added a entry in httpd.conf

Listen 0.0.0.0:443
and restarted the server ,but still its listening on both ipv4 and ipv6.

#netstat -tulpn | grep 443

tcp 0 0 :::443 :::* LISTEN 9339/httpd
