combine dvd::rip chapters

I am ripping/transcoding a bunch of ultrasound DVDs of my baby girl , and most dvd's have 2 chapters (don't know why the ultrasound lady didn't make them one chapter). I am putting all the dvd's on my wife's new (xmas) Archos 604, and I would like to have a single .avi file for each month's ultrasound. Right now there are 2...

Please insert your suggestions Below (Thanks )

Have you tried using avidemux you edit the chapters to one and encode to avi through this. There are other programs like Dvdstyler which are more for inserting/removing menu's titles and chapters, so that you edit the chapters out and use your favourite encoder to convert to avi.

cool, i'll take a look. is it possible to still have chapters that can be skipped back/forth to in a single avi? doesn't seem like it, in an audio mp3 you cant as far as i know, so it seems like an mp4 video stream would not really support that?
