Post Cisco 350 and RedHat 9

I am fairly new to Linux, can anyone tell me and/or direct me to a link on how i can install Cisco 350 wireless card to a RedHat 9 platform.

FYI: i'm using HP onmibook 6000

The driver is already in the kernel. It's installed modularly. If you ifconfig -a, you will see and and should be able to configure it. But, for wep authentication/keys, you will need to login to cisco's site and get their driver/utilities and install them. I would give you a direct link, but you need a login to get it. And I can't give you my login. Cisco sucks like that.

This an error i get, What can i do to fix

airo_cs device eth1 does not seem to be present, delaying initialization.
