Question Changing cursor size in FluxBox

I'm running Fedora 4 Core with FluxBox, and am trying to find a way to increase the size of the microscopic little cursor that appears by default. I've found a HowTo on enlarging the cursor font for the X-Window system, but have been unable to locate the files needed to do so. Is there a way to change cursor size by editing styles?

According to ~/.fluxbox/startup it should be:

# Your favourite mouse cursor:
# xsetroot -cursor_name right_ptr

but I haven't tested if it works or what varieties there are

Seems to reverse the cursor?!
