Change Konqueror/Desktop single-click behaviour

Hi All!

I am using RH 9 with KDE.. atm, a single click on a file name in Konqueror or on the desktop will open the file if it can. How can I change this so that it only opens them on a double click?

I have investigated the Control Center but have been unable to find the setting to control this there.

kde control center>peripherals>mouse. Tick the double click to open files button.
