I have been wondering what are the requisites or dependencies of Cedega, do I need the Cedega gui, the cedega core or engine and nothing else?
Or also do I need to download the winex engine, because when using cedega, It doesn't simply work despite the fact that I have the latest versions of the GUI and the engine.
Well, I've made it work before myself. Here's the thing...you need the engine and the gui. But, really, they want you to have to pay for it to make it work. I think what I had to do was start the gui and add the engine through there. I downloaded it from bittorrent and it's a tar or cpkg file. Somewhere in the gui you do a "local update" and point the gui to that engine file. I'll see if I can find the torrent where it's explained....
Got it working, I just needed to rename the .cpkg to .tar and install with the local update, but still, when my games are installed, to which folder do they install?
