cd writing through linux


hello sir this is abhishek ,i'm using open suse 10.3, i wana know that which software is for writing cd or dvd?

Try K3b. If you don't already have it, you should find it in a Suse repository.
It seems to be one of the better packages for burning CD/DVD.

Another is brasero if you use GNOME (personally I prefer k3b). If you don't mind the command line, you can use cdrecord.
