My friend had installed Deepin software on a Lenovo Ideapad flex 5 16IAU7 i had bought but later came to understand the software had multiple security issues.I did a bit of googling and installed Zorin OS using a bootable usb onto the system.I had installed few OS using the same procedure in my workplace so did not have trouble doing that.I had given erase and overwrite the previous partition option during installation, and rebooted(first reboot) the system Everything was going well until i did my second restart, the system started to ask me for boot options and the options showed 1. DEEPIN 2.UBUNTU and whatever i select it keeps repeating the same.
I am not able to install or clean wipe the system as it shows no storage.I am not able to locate sdb which must be the system storage.
The only solution i can think of is remove the ssd by opening up the laptop.
I know i messed up,I would appreciate if you guys could help me resolve this issue.
Note: Lenovo ideapad has a messed up bios.

jo1996, can you boot into the BIOS of the Lenovo laptop? If you don't know how, restart the laptop, and on the black screen, hold down the F2 or Del key (or whichever key applies for Lenovo), until the BIOS menu screen appears. Navigate to the Boot menu to make sure that the laptop is booting from the correct device; if it isn't, then navigate to the correct device, select said device, and move said service to the top of the boot order. Save the setting and exit the BIOS.
If you want to install Zorin from a DVD, then change the Boot order in the BIOS so that the desired boot option appears first in the bootcorder. Press the key to Save setting, then insert the DVD and restart the laptop.
Good luck! If you need more help, just ask.
