Cant find RPM packages


Hello

I'm trying to install a database which needs the below packages and I cannot find them anywhere, can anyone help?

The packages are:

Checking for glibc-devel-2.3.4-i386; Not found. Failed <<<<
Checking for glibc-devel-2.3.4-x86_64; Not found. Failed <<<<
Checking for gcc-c++-3.4.5; Not found. Failed <<<<


Im using RedHat 5 x86_64

Hi -

That particular version of gcc is fairly old (4++ years); you're not likely to find it among current (default) RPMs:

http://gcc.gnu.org/releases.html

I would try looking with Google, or RPMFind.com:

http://www.rpmfind.com/

thanks, will have a look, I dont understand why Oracle 11g r1 would still require old rpms....

In the end I installed all the RPMS from the CD's and this worked...
