can only boot X in root

i just install debian 3.1 on my comp and i install kde (this is the 3rd time that the installation actually worked), but i can only start X in root, but the first time i was able to boot X without root privledges, does anyone know how to fix this?

Could you post the log for X. It should be in /var/log/ and under the name of Xorg.0.log or something of that sort.

i sent you a private message, the log was too big to fit in here, and i didn't know which part of it you want.

nevermind, i just restarted my computer (yes, i tried this to see if X will work) and all the sudden a graphical login came up and it works hahaha i love linux
