Can't send email...

Just started using ximian evolution, and I think it's great, but I can't send email...

i'm sure all my outgoing server settings are correct, and even if the weren't I've tried all the possible combinations more than once...I've even tried other outgoing servers! No luck.

I just get this message:

RCPT TO <email@whateveraddressi'mtryingtosendto.com>failed: Requested action not taken: mailbox unavailable

Any ideas?

that may be due to the persons you are sending mail to don't exist.
try using netstat while you send an email to see if you have any SYN_SENT or other network packets/connections to the mail server you are using.

also don't forget imap, pop, and local are all different for certain mail service providers.
