Can't install the built in Network Card driver...


I am trying to install the driver for built in LAN card of the Intel mother board. When i try to execute the file "intel-100LAN-2.3.40.sh", I receive the error message:

Kernal source could not be found on your system.
Please intall the kernal source and try again.

Locations searched for kernal source:

/usr/src/linux-2.4
/usr/src/linux
/usr/src/2.4.20-8

please help me that how could I install the kernal source, as I am a begginer in linux.
