Can't get box to boot, keeps choking on a bad inode

Can't get box to boot, keeps choking on a bad inode

I boot it up and it forces a check on the disk, then it mounts the drive to read only and prompts for maintence mode.

I run e2fsck and it says:
Error reading block 34124 (Attempt to read block from short read) while reading indirect blocks of inode 16022135

Ignore error?
I told it yes

Then it asks
Force rewrite?
I told it yes

I reboot and the same thing happens.

Is there anyway to get this to boot?

Thanks in advance.

hmm maybe the file associated with that inode is corrupted ( maybe we can find it and move it to another disk or delete it)

I would check for hardlinks associated with that inode # as well

Code:
find / -inum 16022135
