Calendaring Server

Does anyone know of a calendaring server that functions like Microsoft Exchange and will work with Outlook 9x/200x? I am trying to avoid going down the Microsoft Path and need some suggestions. I already know about SuSe Open Exchange. I am looking for other alternatives.

Thanks!
Jason
