Has anyone managed to get this program to work properly with 2.6.x kernels?? It seems to sort of work with 2.4.x but doesn´t lock properly with 2.6.x

I have another kind of problem with this program. Maybe somebody could help. Program's window became inactive after it is started. Cliking mose on it doesn't help. What is moer it does not respond to keys commands.

You have to close the terminal window that you started it from for some reason otherwise it does´t recieve any commands from the keyboard

Thanks for respond. But it doesn't help.

However I find a solution on cabletv mailing list:

I managed to solve the keyboard.focus problem by just removing -lXt
from the makefile. E.g the calbletv_LDADD in my case now looks like:

cabletv_LDADD = -L/usr/X11R6/lib -lXext -lXaw -lSM -lICE -lX11

This is on redhat 8 KDE.

Also I've seen some talks about kernel problems (Maybe ut would be helpfull for you).
