Busybox v.s. asmutils, which one to use

I'm setting up a rescue floppy, and trying to decide weather to use asmutils or busybox. They both contain similar things (except busybox has vi), but which one offers the best balance of size and features (obviously neither has complete features for the utils, but comparitavely)? Also, is there a small version of VI floating around that I could use were I to pick asmutils? Whats your opinion, asmutils or busybox?

If you're a feature hog, then based on number of provided tools I'd say Busybox. I think the Asmutils site (or one linking to it) mentioned a 12K vi clone.
