How did you do this with redhat (lilo or grub I presume)? You can do the same with suse, it really does not matter. In fact you could boot to redhat, suse and windows.
Be careful about booting Windows with GRUB.
I had no end of mysterious Windows boot-hangs until I replaced GRUB with LILO.
LILO seems to work better, at least with Win2000.
I haven't understood your problem. I assume you want to have an extra option of windows in your bootloader. Suse has a Yast configuration tool. Run it as a root or su and config your boot loader and its parameters from there. You can do it for the three operating systems you have, but you also have to specify the partitions to which LILO or Grub (hdk, hdi etc.) is going to link! If I'm not answering your problem rephrase your question! This kuind of problems usually have very simple solutions.
