Blackbox issues

Hello, I have blackbox 0.65.0 running on slackware 10. I am trying to add new styles, and I have put the styles in /usr/X11R6/shared/blackbox/styles as they are supposed to be. But when I try to use the styles in blackbox, it makes the bar turn white and have no design or text. What might be the reason for this? I have bb4win running on my windows box and have never had any troubles like this with it. The only thing I have seen that may be causing this problem is the color codes, they are in #000000 format, does linux not support this type of color code? And if not, why the heck are people making blackbox styles for linux like that?

well, I went to the blackbox wiki website, and followed a link for styles from there, didnt say they were for bb4win, I assumed they were for the linux version since it was linked from the linux blackbox version site.

If anyone knows where to get plugins and themes for the linux version of blackbox, I would be most grateful if you would post them.

freshmeat: http://themes.freshmeat.net/

for linux blackbox there's no plugins, they're simply lovely apps:

http://www.bensinclair.com/dockapp/
http://web.cs.mun.ca/~gstarkes/wmaker/dockapps/

rox -p=uno &
xscreensaver &
## dockapps
wmCalClock -S -e "xscreensaver-command --lock" &
wmmixer -w &

ok, I found it, but it stil doesnt look anything like yours, it has serveral if statements in it.

Code:
#!/bin/sh
# $XConsortium: xinitrc.cpp,v 1.4 91/08/22 11:41:34 rws Exp $

userresources=$HOME/.Xresources
usermodmap=$HOME/.Xmodmap
sysresources=/usr/X11R6/lib/X11/xinit/.Xresources
sysmodmap=/usr/X11R6/lib/X11/xinit/.Xmodmap

# merge in defaults and keymaps

if [ -f $sysresources ]; then
    xrdb -merge $sysresources
fi

if [ -f $sysmodmap ]; then
    xmodmap $sysmodmap
fi

if [ -f $userresources ]; then
    xrdb -merge $userresources
fi

if [ -f $usermodmap ]; then
    xmodmap $usermodmap
fi

# Start the window manager:
startkde
do I just pick a spot and add the dock apps? And how do I know what else to add on the line, like the -i and other things?

If I it is the same as bb4win, the & makes it load in the slit, correct?
