I'm running Mandrake 9.2, Firefox 1.0 and would like to install a bit torrent client. I have installed wxPython and BitTorrent-3.2.1b and have edited mailcap to "application/x-bittorrent; /home/user/Desktop/BitTorrent-3.2.1b/btdownloadgui.py %s;test=test -n "$Display"" as it said to in the README. When I have tried to do something nothing happens. That is I go to shuntv.net say and download a file or ask firefox to open it , nothing happens. I have told it manually where to go for the program to no effect. I am a bit torrent newbie and don't really know what I should be doing. The extracted tar file has no compiler or make files so I am assumming that it's ready to go. Help?

Bonus query: I recently installed Realplayer 10 and helixplayer so I could get video. When I go to say ifilm.com and try to watch something, I get a Bad Transport error. If I cut and paste the associated rtsp address into realplayer it will play, so it seems that I'm missing a plugin connection between firefox and realplayer. Any ideas?
