Exclamation BIND - Plesk problem

Hey,

I manage a collocated server running CentOS.5 and Plesk. Recently we had some security problems and since then I'm having some DNS problems.

The thing is that now there is a different version of bind installed on the server than what we had. The problem is that now plesk is modifying files in one place but the system thinks that named is in /var/named.

Do you know how to fix this ?
Also are there any known security holes related with BIND ?

Thanks

Take the system off the net, and assume that it has been entirely compromised. Restore from known good, secure backups.
