Best Window Manager for an old Dell XPi 133 ST laptop...

Looking for a light weight window manager for my new old laptop...Anyone have any suggestions? I have checked out Sourceforge, how is IceWM?

although i'm a flux fan i think blackbox would be lighter on your system. had it running on a 90mhz with 32megs ram fine.

I have a P120 IBM laptop. IceWM runs very nicely on it. Actually, in some of my more calm moments, I find that KDE 3.0.1 is also very good !!

I would recommend IceWM, maybe even Xfce, but there are always the lightweights including the *box "cousins". You might want to look at http://www.xwinman.org/index.html as a resource for window managers, GUIs, and desktops.

twm is fine, I think it's plenty wm for anyone looking for a diet for their box. It's very useful, and doesn't very much smaller than that.

And since it's the 3rd time it's been mentioned, might be worth a shot

Cool

I installed Fluxbox and it works almost flawlessly. When I exit Flux, I get a screen full of errors. But everything seems to work when using Flux...now if I can just get my sound to work...
