Hi gopi,
I am also interested in using voice in gtalk. I tried jabbin but it didnot work for me. You can try your luck with that client. If you made gtalk voice work in linux let us also know.

Gyache is a good client for Yahoo voice and video chat, and it works also in rooms.

I tried emphany and its quite good, pidgin now also supports voice chat but both of them only work for GTalk, I had no luck with Yahoo.

How did you get Gyache to work with video? I can't seem to get it working without going into a Room. I only need a one-on-one chat with video, so how's it done? Personally, I hate the Gyache GUI. Terrible design, IMO. Pidgin would be ideal, if only it worked with Yahoo video chat.
