Best distro for Chromium integration?

I'm setting up a computer where most of the time it will just have Chromium open. I thought about trying to get Chromium OS set up, but I would assume if I wanted to run other Linux-based software (there may be a few) I would be stuck?

Is there a Linux distribution that integrates Chromium well? Like having the battery/network/clock in the Chromium tab bar like Chromium OS has? The screen is small so it would be nice not to have to run a separate panel for the system tray.

Thanks

I doubt anyone can say what is best. You will have to answer that.

I think there are some that offer chrome as a browser.

As far as I know there really isn't an official chrome OS. Some are based on distro's like opensuse. There is some version that is popular but I can't say how much of it is official.

You might be better off with some theme.
