guys! guess wat, I can get rid of windoze if u tell me why bf1942 doesn't run! I hav cedega and it starts to start and says what is in this picture: http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v3.../snapshot2.png

It doesn't work if i use it with the terminal, but it does by using the shortcut on the desktop(clearly visible)! Help is much appreciated! thnx --Clay

When u invoke some programs they need arguments..

I think ur not providing the exact arguments to run the file...

This is what u do...

RightClick on the icon --->Properties--->Application --->Command

Note down what's in the -->Command

and issue the command from the terminal along with the arguments....

If the command is too big and u wanna invoke it every now and then ..

U can create a shell script

#/bin/bash

Command


Save it as --->bf1942

make it as executable by doing ---->#chmod a+rx bf1942

and save it in ur --->/usr/bin

From then on u can invoke it any terminal by ---> #bf1942
