bad httpd settings?


ps -aux gives me a couple of these:

All those '-D' lines are arguments to apache command line that loads different modules. If you need all them or are not sure, best to leave it I suppose. If you know what you are doing you can disable them. Without knowing your distro/setup I cannot tell you how here... I suggest starting with your apache startup script.
/etc/init.d/apache or /etc/rc.d/apache are usually where they are...
