Exclamation Automatically Printing E-mail for a business

Afternoon,

I'm attempting to set a system up for a business that will automatically provide them a hard-paper copy of all e-mails sent to the sale department. This way they have a paper record of their communications.
I' wondering if there is any way possible to have all e-mails that are sent to a certain e-mail address on a server to be automatically printed or faxed?

For example:
An email comes to the sale department, then without human interaction it is also automatically printed.

or

An email comes to the sale department, then without human interaction is automatically faxed to the sales department fax machine.

Any help or suggestions would be appreciated

Depends on how you have things configured. For example, if your aliases file looks like
Code:
sales: bob
then, to also have a printed copy of the mail, you can modify to
Code:
sales: bob, |/usr/sbin/lpr

Yes, the idea is to pipe the mail to a command.
