Automate Evolution database backup

I am using the Evolution client in KDE Neon Plasma
Evolution has a built-in backup option, but

Is there a way to automate the job, say - weekly?

Thanks

I guess backing up ~/.config/evolution will give you similar results as using the built-in option.

But is there something that makes Evolution better choice than KMail on KDE? KMail can use Archive Mail Agent.

If you get your mail from an IMAP server, you may consider using command-line tools that work with remote IMAP4 mailboxes. For example, ArchWiki has an article Backup Gmail with getmail, but there many other mail retrievers as well: isync, OfflineIMAP, etc. Of course, they can be configured to fetch mail from any IMAP server, not only Gmail.

Hello again, long time no speak. Not sure if anything makes Evolution any better option, I just have no idea about KMAIL.
Installed it, played with it a bit, tried to import my emails from Evolution, failed, removed it.

Will be glad for any help

Cheers
Alex
