audacity run error

ok, i am trying to run audacity 0.98. and i get this error:

i have no idea what is up with this, it looked like everything installed without conflict. Can anyone help @ all?

i'd **guess** that it was compiled against a different version of the wxwindows libraries. or a version that was compiled somehow differently... the function calls are there but they have changed size...

upgrade both the application and libraries. many WX applications suck badly, due to all the cross platfrom crap that wx does... check the audacity site for any relevant dependencies

ya i updated WX and now audacity is workin mint. Thanks!!!!!!
