Asking some Software

Hello Everyone,

I hope you are enjoying weekend

I would like to ask something and any suggest will help me of course

I am looking for names of open source security software that are used in any supermarket ( Walmart - Mariano's as example) to secure these supermarket such as; swipe card for doors, or Fingerprint, and video cameras that record and remote access from anywhere.

If anyone has any suggestion that help me I will be appreciate
