Apache problem...

Hi all,
My friend has a network(ethernet). So he installed Apache 1.3 on a system and tried to access it from another system on the network, but it says "connection refused by server". He is using the default http.conf file with just the ServerName line uncommented.The server sys's ip is 192.168.0.108 and its possible to access the server from this system, but not from any other system. The network is ok as he is able to ping to the server from other systems.Any help will be appreciated.

If you can see the default index.html page on the local machine and apache is running but not from the network LAN, most likely he might have a firewall running that is blocking the requests.

What distro? What version? Default install? More details gets better responses.
