apache cache problem

I dont know where to put this message. I am sorry if this is not the right place .
My Question:

How can I disable cache in apache ?
I am getting unusual problems with my sites. My few of the sites does not open at some places, I dont know why.
It happens not everywhere but at different geographical locations. I consulted with my server provider and he said, that it is the problem of ISP (internet provider) which does not update its DNS and stop rendering sites.

He suggested to disable the cache on apache..

Can any body help me?

Thanks

This indicates a problem with your ISP and not your cache for Apache. I wouldn't suggest disabling cache on the server side as this is not going to remedy your current situation.
