Ok, I think we are getting somewhere again.

Try this as your virtual host section:
Code:
NameVirtualHost *:80

<VirtualHost *:80>
DocumentRoot /var/www/html/spazticenterprises.com
ServerName spazticenterprises.com
</VirtualHost>

<VirtualHost *:80>
ServerAdmin spaz@lame-ass.com
DocumentRoot /var/www/html/lame-ass.com
ServerName lame-ass.com
</VirtualHost>

<VirtualHost *:80>
DocumentRoot /var/www/html/carwraps.us
ServerName carwraps.us
</VirtualHost>

Try editing ssl.conf and comment out the listen line. Then:
killall httpd
/usr/sbin/httpd

It sounds odd - are you sure that the pages aren't stored in cache anywhere. What about trying:
lynx -dump spazticenterprises.com
lynx -dump lame-ass.com
lynx -dump carwraps.us

Do the pages still look the same?

Did you try lynx EXACTLY as I suggested:
lynx -dump spazticenterprises.com
lynx -dump lame-ass.com
lynx -dump carwraps.us

You are using:
http://spazticenterprises.com
http://lame-ass.com
http://carwraps.us

And not subdomains:
http://www.spazticenterprises.com
http://www.lame-ass.com
http://www.carwraps.us

Glad you got it going. No need for medals but an affero goes a long way to show your thanks and support for LQ.
