alternative easy filtering solution

I work for our local school system as a student tech. We are required by law to filter our internet content. Currently we are running RH7.3 with Squid and SquidGuard. I just brought up a Suse9 box with Squid and Dans guardian. I have also used both of the webadmin interfaces..however it is not what we are looking for.

What we wish to do is have a useful, easy to use interface, so we can give access to teachers. If they wish to block/unblock a site they can do so without getting out of their computer (running WinXP) from around the school, and other buildings. What we need is an interface that, does not involve teachers messing around with config files, and something so simple that we can explain it to them in under a minute..and even a teacher (or person) who is not very technically saavy can figure it out.

Any suggestions/recommendations would be appreceated
