after good Visualization software for linux


Hi there,

i am after some good visualization software for Linux, stuff like G-Force, and R4..
does any one know of some good software like these ???

I don't know G-Force or R4 ... what are you trying to visualise?

im trying to find visuals to run on a projector, simular to somthing you might have going to your music ??

though these programs are only for windows

R4 does in fact work very well with Wine, I installed it a few minutes ago. I get frame rates of up to 400fps. Unfortunately I have not yet found a way to make it recognize the output of my sound card.

awww thats awesome news, thoe i cant get it to install, it comes up with the blue installer background and thats it..

i was going to just copy over the installed folder from my windows box, but my samba stopped working so i havent gotten a chance to yet...

did it install fine for you ? also what version did you try ?

It was this version of R4 running on wine v0.9.37. It installed and ran first time without any issues. Some screenshots:
